If you post your results anywhere else, please email me the link so I can see it and share the link with others. I'll be happy to offer your lot for download to others as well if you want me to. Giving you credit, of course. I'm also willing to just show pictures of what you did if you don't wish to offer the house for download. I will only download the houses myself from The Sims 2 exchange so I can guarantee they are CC and Hack free.

I will only offer CC or Hacks free lots from my blog. There will be no exceptions.
Rules: When you place the house in your neighborhood, please change the name of the lot to whatever address you wish for it to have. That way we don't have a bunch of houses with the same name for others to download. Other than that, feel free to make any changes to the house you like.

I thought it would be fun to have different people participate in a house flip. I made a bare house that needs love and attention. If you email it to me, please make it a zipped file and make the subject of the email 'Flipped House'. Also please include your user name/link to your sims page at the official Sims 2 site, or the name you use at and link to your personal site, so I can properly credit you.
