Apple Pie
Chapter 5
Apple held Summer close to her as she decided what to do about their situation. Ben Davis made it clear he was going to be no
help to her or Summer. Apple’s foster mother, Mala Persona, had also phoned to say she would be returning soon. Mala expected
Apple and Summer to be moving out upon her arrival home.
Apple spent some time brushing up her skills. As always she had Julien on the back of her mind. How she wished she had been more
persistent in perusing him in a relationship. Apple didn’t have time to worry about all of that now though so she let it go
from her mind and continued studying.
Apple searched the paper and got a job as a clerk in a music store. She knew she had to do something quick because Mala would
be home soon and Apple had no money to move out with.
The first thing Mala did when she returned home was complain about how Apple didn’t go to college and how she would
never amount to anything but a trashy woman with no husband. Apple heard that coming from Mala every since she arrived to
her house when she was only twelve. Of course Mala never offered to pay for college or even offer an ounce of moral support
to Apple in any way. Apple packed what few things she and Summer had and was happy to be on their way out the door.
Apple had found a cute little trailer and she got a great deal on it. She had enough money left over to buy everything she needed
for her and Summer to survive.
Apple was shocked by how much work went into a new born baby, but she found herself loving every minute she spent with
Summer. It really made her miss Chad, Brad and Berry; whom she didn’t get to see as often as she wanted to now days.
Apple invited Julien over to see her new place and ask if he could bring Chad and Brad around to see her sometime.
It wasn’t long before their attraction towards each other showed it self. Julien began coming by quite often even when he
didn’t have the boys.
Meanwhile over at the Burnett house Joan went into labor and she was far past her due date.
To everyone’s shock Joan has twin girls, Sandy and Brandy.
(No cheats were used for either set of twins in this story.)
